The BHF New Fund | Hope for Hearts
The British Heart Foundation are looking to transform the way the millions of people are affected by heart disease are cared for. Their new Hope for Hearts Fund of £1 million challenges healthcare pioneers to come up with innovative ideas to transform the delivery of heart failure care and services in the UK. Heart failure is a chronic and life-shortening condition that affects hundreds of thousands of people in the UK, and represents a significant burden for the NHS. This fund seeks to address this by testing and evaluating innovative approaches to delivering better heart failure care. Find out more about the fund and to see if you’re eligible to apply.
